Execution FocusMiddle-Market & Project Finance
Asset classes & industries we fund
We structure debt facilities for complex transactions, focusing on the underlying cash flows, contracts, or specific asset value rather than historical corporate balance sheets alone.
Project Finance & Infrastructure
We arrange capital for greenfield and brownfield developments, including renewable energy (solar, wind, carbon equity projects), manufacturing plants, and localized infrastructure. We rely on Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formation and future cash-flow modeling to secure funding.
Commodity & Trade Finance
We structure transactional debt and trade instruments to scale physical commodity trading. From petroleum and metals to agricultural exports, we secure the capital required to bridge the gap between supplier payments and end-buyer receivables.
Corporate Expansion & M&A
We secure the leverage required for strategic acquisitions, management buyouts (MBOs), and international market expansion. We structure facilities that maximize borrowing capacity while maintaining operational flexibility.
Commercial Real Estate
We source debt for land acquisition, construction, and asset repositioning across global jurisdictions. We place senior construction loans, bridge facilities, and mezzanine debt for developers seeking higher loan-to-cost (LTC) ratios.

Institutional capital placement requires rigorous preparation. We begin by analyzing your data room, financial models, and corporate structure. From there, we engineer the optimal capital stack and author the credit memorandum. Once the transaction narrative is finalized, we distribute the deal directly to specific funds whose capital mandates align precisely with your asset class and jurisdiction, managing negotiations through to the final term sheet.
Initiate a Debt Request
Submit your preliminary transaction details to our advisory team. We review initial requests to determine viability and alignment with our current lender network before issuing a formal engagement contract.
We are globally active. We structure debt for projects and corporate entities across North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, adapting the SPV and legal architecture to suit the specific cross-border requirements.
What is your minimum deal size?
While we review each transaction on its individual merits, our core network of institutional private credit funds generally targets a minimum deployment of USD 5,000,000.
Do you require an upfront retainer?
Yes. Institutional placement requires significant internal resources to build the financial models, author the credit memo, and manage the syndication process. We charge a flat, upfront advisory retainer that includes a conditional refund guarantee if we fail to secure a term sheet. We do not operate strictly on success fees.
How long does the placement process take?
Assuming your data room is complete, drafting the materials takes 1 to 2 weeks. The subsequent market syndication and term sheet negotiation phase typically requires 45 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the asset class.
