Impersonation Warning And Document Verification
Financely has become aware of third parties circulating fake documents and messages that claim to be from our firm.
These impersonators sometimes use our name, branding, and copied language to appear credible.
Financely operates through controlled channels. If it did not originate from our client portal or an email sent from our official domain, treat it as unauthorised. We do not validate documents shared through WhatsApp, Telegram, or unofficial email addresses.
Official Channels
Financely communications and deliverables are valid only when they are issued through one of the following:
- Client Portal:
the portal is the authoritative record for mandates, document exchange, and deliverables.
- Official Email Domain:
messages sent from our company domain only (for example, addresses ending in our official domain).
- Official Website:
materials hosted on our domain, including our published policies and service pages.
Document Authentication
Every official Financely deliverable includes a security code and can be verified only through our internal credentials.
If a file does not include a security code, or if the sender refuses verification, you should assume it is not legitimate.
What Verification Means
Verification confirms that a document was created by Financely and issued to an identified counterparty.
It does not mean any bank has approved a facility or that funding is committed.
How Impersonators Operate
Impersonators typically use copied templates, forged signatures, and fabricated bank references.
They often pressure recipients to pay fees quickly or share sensitive KYC documents outside secure channels.
Referrals And Introducers
If you were referred to Financely by an introducer, that referral can be verified directly with us.
Unverified introducers, especially those requesting upfront “processing” payments, should be treated as unauthorised.
What Financely Does Not Do
To be clear, Financely is an advisory and structuring firm. We are not a lender, bank, insurer, or surety.
- We do not issue loan disbursement letters, “proof of disbursement,” or “cash release orders.”
- We do not issue surety bonds, bank guarantees, or letters of credit under our own name.
- We do not send “approval letters” promising funding outside a formal mandate and underwriting process.
- We do not conduct business via WhatsApp messages that claim funds are ready, waiting, or “released.”
Practical Guidance
If you receive a message, document, or “offer” claiming to be from Financely, do not rely on it until it is verified through our official channels.
Do not pay fees to third parties claiming to represent us. Do not share passports, bank statements, or corporate documents with unverified senders.
