Turnkey Structuring & Institutional Placement

Over 67% of high-value trade and project finance requests are rejected by commercial banks due to a lack of traditional cash collateral. We engineer the structural solutions required to bypass these hard-asset requirements.

We package Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formation, institutional-grade credit memorandums, and direct syndication to secure uncollateralized Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, or Debt Capital for a flat advisory retainer of USD 30,000.

Total Engagement Fee USD 30,000

Conditional Refund Guarantee

If we fail to secure a formal Term Sheet or issuance commitment after our defined placement campaign, we refund your retainer in full. This is strictly contingent on your full disclosure, timely cooperation, and adherence to our non-circumvention terms.

Core deliverables

We construct a transaction architecture specifically designed to move uncollateralized requests from initial review to term sheet issuance.

SPV Architecture & Risk Mitigation

We isolate transaction risk by structuring the underlying commodity, contract, or project cash flow to act as the primary security. This satisfies lender non-recourse requirements when hard assets are unavailable.

Turnkey Issuance & Monetization

For trade finance clients, we align the issuance of the SBLC or Bank Guarantee with a direct monetization or discounting route, ensuring you have the liquid capital required to execute your trade.

Traditional Banking vs. Financely

Feature Traditional Commercial Banks Financely Group Structuring
Collateral Requirement 100% cash-backed or real estate required Cash flows, commodities, or SPV architecture

The Placement Execution

Once the SPV architecture and credit memo are approved, we execute the placement. We syndicate your transaction directly to our network of issuing banks, private credit funds, and trade finance platforms whose current capital mandates align precisely with your uncollateralized asset class. We manage the initial Q&A, provide lender follow-ups, and coordinate all introduction calls for term sheet negotiations.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the USD 30,000 fee?

The fee covers the complete engineering of your transaction. This includes SPV structuring, financial modeling, credit memo preparation, and direct placement outreach to our institutional network to secure your Letter of Credit or Debt Capital.

How does the conditional refund guarantee work?

If we cannot secure a Term Sheet or issuance commitment from our network after the designated outreach period, your fee is refunded. This guarantee is voided immediately if you provide inaccurate financials, fail to respond to lender requests within 48 hours, or attempt to circumvent our firm.

Why do you require an SPV?

When you lack hard collateral, isolating the specific trade or project assets into a Special Purpose Vehicle mitigates risk for our lenders. This separation makes an uncollateralized transaction viable for institutional underwriting.

Do you guarantee funding?

No. We guarantee our structuring and placement efforts. Final capital deployment remains subject to the financing counterparty's strict due diligence, legal documentation, and credit committee approval.
