Narendra Infotech Limited (company number 05215412), 97 Thames Bank Place, Thamesmead, London SE28 8PT, United Kingdom, and its director, Narendra Kumar Solaigounder.
1. Notice
Narendra Infotech Limited and its director have made false and defamatory publications on LinkedIn and on the company's blog about Financely. On 4 November 2026 Financely sent a formal letter before claim to the company privately. This notice puts the same demands on the public record.
You are required to stop. The deadline is 17:00 (UK time) on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
2. The documented record
The publications are contradicted by documents that your company signed, received or wrote itself:
- 21 October 2025:
your director wrote to Financely thanking its team "for all the effort your team has put into finalizing the structure and documentation."
- 28 October 2025:
your director e-signed Financely's written deal terms for the fund, which set out the scope of work and the fees, and confirmed in writing that your company was "aligned with the outlined approach" and asked Financely to "proceed".
- 3 and 4 December 2025:
the general partner and limited partnership entities for your fund were formed in Wyoming, and their formation documents were delivered to you.
- 20 and 22 January 2026:
your director e-signed the general partner operating agreement, the limited partnership agreement and the account opening power of attorney for those entities, had each of them notarised, and uploaded them to the client portal himself.
- 1 April 2026:
drafts of the private placement memorandum, the investor summary and the subscription agreement were delivered to you.
These are not the records of a fraud. They are the records of an engagement in which work was carried out and delivered, and in which your company participated and signed at each stage.
Financely will also share further evidence of your company's bad faith throughout this whole process.
3. Financely's role
Financely was engaged to prepare the transaction file and introduce prospective lenders. It never guaranteed funding, a lender decision or a funding date. Financely's published Engagement and Refund Policy states that no transaction or funding outcome is guaranteed.
Your publications followed your company's decision not to fund a GBP 4,000 budget increase. A client's choice not to fund a budget increase does not turn a signed, documented engagement into fraud. A commercial disagreement is not a scam, and describing it as one is false.
4. Demands
By 17:00 (UK time) on Wednesday 18 November 2026, Narendra Infotech Limited and its director must:
- Remove
every publication about Financely on LinkedIn, on the company blog, on review sites and on any other platform or channel, together with all copies, reposts and summaries under your control;
- Cease
making any further publication of the same or similar allegations, to the public or to any third party, including Financely's clients and counterparties; and
- Confirm in writing
to info@financely-group.com
that the removals are complete and that no further publications will be made.
5. Remedies Financely will pursue
If the deadline passes without full compliance, Financely will pursue all available legal remedies under the law of England and Wales without further notice. These include:
- General damages for defamation.
For a body trading for profit, section 1(2) of the Defamation Act 2013 requires that a publication has caused or is likely to cause serious financial loss. Financely will seek damages for the serious harm and serious financial loss the publications have caused and are likely to cause.
- Special damages
for lost business, lost clients and lost revenue attributable to the publications.
- Aggravated damages
for continuing publication after formal notice and after receipt of the documented record.
- Damages for malicious falsehood.
Under section 3 of the Defamation Act 1952, special damage need not be proved where the words are calculated to cause pecuniary damage and are published in writing or other permanent form.
- An injunction
requiring removal of the publications and restraining any republication.
- An order under section 12 of the Defamation Act 2013
requiring the publication of a summary of the court's judgment.
- Full legal costs and interest.
Nothing in this notice waives any right or remedy, all of which are expressly reserved.
6. Compliance
Financely would prefer not to go to court. If the publications are removed and written confirmation is received by the deadline, Financely will treat the matter as closed. All correspondence must be sent in writing to info@financely-group.com.
