IPIP Receiving Companies for Sale in China, Indonesia and Mauritius: Why They Are Worthless
Financely does not sell IPIP receiving companies or one-off receiving setups.
No company anywhere can receive an IPIP, IPID or S2S transfer, because those transfers do not exist.
A shell company sold as an "IPIP receiver" is an ordinary company with an extraordinary price tag. Paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for one buys you nothing that a USD 1,000 incorporation would not.
Listings for "IPIP receiving companies" usually come with a confidential process, undisclosed entity names, a jurisdiction such as Mainland China, Indonesia or Mauritius, and a price between several hundred thousand and a million dollars. The pitch is that a pre-existing company with the right bank account can receive transfers that a new company cannot.
That premise is false. A bank account credits funds that arrive through real payment systems, whoever owns the company. No company, old or new, has a special ability to receive money that does not exist.
Why an "IPIP Receiving Company" Is Worthless
There Is Nothing to Receive
IPIP is not a payment system. Banks move money through correspondent accounts over systems such as Fedwire, CHAPS, T2 or CIPS, not by IP address or server ID.
Age Does Not Unlock Transfers
An aged company can help with credit history or licensing in some cases. It does nothing for payments that were never sent.
The Bank Decides, Not the Shell
Every incoming payment passes the receiving bank's KYC, AML and sanctions checks. A change of ownership triggers fresh due diligence on the new owner.
Hidden Names Hide the Problem
Undisclosed entities cannot be checked for liabilities, licences, tax standing or bank relationships before you pay.
What the Listings Claim Versus Reality
| Jurisdiction |
What the Listing Implies |
The Reality |
| Mainland China |
A ready company that can receive large offshore transfers. |
Cross-border flows are subject to foreign exchange controls administered by SAFE, and banks verify the underlying trade or investment. Unexplained inbound billions are blocked and reported, not credited. |
| Indonesia |
An established vehicle that can take in transfers through a managed handover. |
Foreign exchange flows are monitored by Bank Indonesia and banks apply full AML screening. A transfer of ownership means the new owner is screened from scratch. |
| Mauritius |
An offshore vehicle that can receive funds quietly. |
Global business companies are licensed by the Financial Services Commission and must use a licensed management company. Change of control requires notification and fresh due diligence. |
How the Scheme Works
1. The Sender Appears
A broker claims a sender holds billions and wants to fund your deal, provided you have a "compatible" receiving company.
2. The Company Sale
You are offered a shell in a chosen jurisdiction for six figures or more, or a cheaper "one-off receiving setup."
3. The Failed Transfer
After you pay, doctored screenshots and fake MT103s arrive. No funds do. Your bank is blamed for failing to "download."
4. More Fees
Server configuration, insurance and reversal fees follow, until you stop paying. The sender never existed.
This is advance-fee fraud.
The company sale is just a larger first fee. Do not sign, do not pay, and if you already have, report it to your bank and the police.
What to Buy Instead
If you want to own a company, buy one with real revenue, assets and customers, and finance it with real debt. If you want capital for a project, raise it from lenders who underwrite the project itself.
Acquire an Operating Business
We arrange acquisition finance
for buyers of businesses with verifiable earnings, sized against EBITDA and cash flow, with seller notes and senior debt where they fit.
Fund a Real Project

for sponsor-owned SPVs, with debt sized on DSCR and placed with banks, private credit funds, DFIs and ECAs.
Every Financely mandate is placed with lenders from a network of over 12,700 verified capital providers, after their own credit approval. Funds arrive through normal banking channels at financial close. There is nothing to download.
FAQ
Can any company receive IPIP transfers?
No. IPIP transfers do not exist, so no company in any jurisdiction can receive one.
Is an aged company in China, Indonesia or Mauritius worth buying for this?
No. Its bank still screens every payment and re-screens the new owner. Its age does not create incoming funds.
What about a cheaper one-off receiving setup?
It is the same scam at a lower entry price. There is no receiving route for a transfer that is never sent.
