Trade Finance Consulting

We structure and place trade facilities for operating companies and traders. The sequence is direct: structure the transaction, underwrite the risk, raise collateral with lenders where required, then run a term sheet auction with issuing banks. For capacity and risk, we add confirmation or a club or syndication. Execution is based on the applicant’s credit and documented controls.

What Drives Bankability
Counterpart quality
Buyer and supplier standing, clean KYC, and aligned contracts. Confirmed or insured paper lifts advance rates.
Goods and hedging
Liquid commodities or clearly valued goods. Commodity and FX hedges or fixed price offtake to lock the spread.
Controls and cash path
Mapped title and insurance, shipment milestones, assignments and notices, and a controlled account with a release waterfall.
