Project Finance Consulting

Financely delivers lender-ready structuring for non recourse and limited recourse projects. We build the lenders case, align contracts, quantify risk, and run a disciplined process from screening to financial close. Where collateral must be raised for credit enhancement or construction support, we underwrite and place it first, then run a term sheet auction across lenders and issuing banks. Syndication is arranged where capacity or risk requires it.

What Drives Bankability
Contracts and revenues
Bankable offtake or PPA, feedstock supply, EPC with wrap, O&M with KPIs, availability regime, completion tests, clear termination and step-in rights.
Ratios and resilience
DSCR, LLCR, PLCR sized on lenders case with P50 or P90 as applicable. Sensitivities on price, volume, delay, capex overrun, FX, interest, and outages.
Security and controls
Share pledges, account waterfall, reserve accounts, assignment of key contracts, insurance, technical oversight, independent engineer sign-off, and conditions precedent.
