Trade Finance Providers With No Upfront Fees
Conclusion:
if your deal is clean and hits the lender checklist, we can bill hourly only. Usually up to 40 hours to place with lenders. In return we ask for 10 days exclusivity while we work your case.
When hourly only makes sense
Some files need little structuring. Docs are in order. Risk is clear. Lenders can price fast. On these, heavy underwriting is not needed. Our work is packaging, lender approach, and shepherding to a term sheet. That is why hourly only can work.
Lender checklist
Goods
Identifiable goods. Control in transit or storage. Clear Incoterms.
Buyer paper
Signed purchase order or sales contract. No vague intent notes.
Supplier paper
Pro forma invoice or supply contract with fixed terms.
Payment terms
Confirmed LC or insured open account. Clean wording.
Margin
Gross margin at least 12 to 15 percent. Better is safer.
Counterparties
Known buyer and supplier or strong references. No sanctions hits.
Logistics control
Title control, inspection, and warehouse control if applicable.
Track record
At least 12 months of trade or a capable sponsor.
Country risk
Stable route. Banks active in that corridor.
Deal size
Typical sweet spot 100k to 10m. Larger is fine if clean.
What we do on hourly only
Scope is fast and focused. We review the file, fix wording, pick target lenders, prepare the pack, submit, and manage Q&A. We track responses and push to a term sheet. Most clean files need up to 40 hours.
Exclusivity:
10 days while we place your file. This avoids cross submissions and mixed messages.
No Upfront Fee Eligibility Check
Answer each step. We will show if you qualify for hourly only. If not, you can still request a term sheet.
If you do not qualify
Many files still need us to structure, underwrite, and set controls. Those need a retainer. That work protects you and helps lenders say yes. You can still request a term sheet now and we will guide you on the fastest route.
We act as arranger and advisor. We are not a bank. All deals require KYC, AML, and sanctions screening. Lenders make their own approvals and set final pricing. This page is not a commitment to lend or a quote.
