Marketing Analysis And Sales Documentation
We review the investment case, team roles, track record, pipeline, and fund terms from an LP perspective. The outcome is a clear position against the peer set and a marketing plan. We prepare or refine the pitch book, teaser, DDQ, and the data room index so the story is consistent and evidence based. As needed, we coordinate media and conference placements to support outreach.
Communications Strategy
Before meetings, we run focused rehearsals and sharpen narrative flow. We then manage a measured dialogue with investors during the campaign, with updates on deals, exits, and portfolio progress that matter to their committees.
Investor Targeting
From our network, we build a list of LPs that match your mandate, size, and constraints. We introduce the fund by email and calls, conduct prelim discussions, and qualify interest before scheduling time with your principals.
Roadshows
We plan concentrated roadshows where decision makers are present. Travel plans, hotel bookings, meeting rooms, and materials are handled by our team. A Financely lead accompanies the manager, providing briefings, carrying materials, taking notes, and adjusting the conversation to each investor’s priorities.
Post Roadshow And Sustained Dialogue
After each trip we deliver written notes, next actions, and a close plan by account. We continue the dialogue per the agreed cadence and communicate new fund milestones that matter to the pipeline of LPs.
Deal Closing And Aftercare
We coordinate information flows through diligence and approvals, keeping momentum until commitments are signed. After the raise, we support communications with LPs and maintain contact with those who passed due to timing or capacity so the next campaign starts ahead.
