Control, Documents, And Storage
We keep bills of lading, AWBs, and CMRs aligned with invoices and HS codes. Where cargo sits in tank or warehouse, we prefer CMA or tri party control. Insurance is checked for hull, cargo, and stock throughput with loss payee where lenders ask. Hand offs are logged in the tracker and shared weekly.
Pricing Models And Fees
Pricing depends on lane, mode, season, and free time rules. We keep it simple and written. No teaser rates and no surprises after loading.

Compliance And Customs
We keep shipper and consignee KYC on file, screen parties against sanctions lists, and check product level controls. Customs entries reflect correct HS codes, value, origin, and preference claims where eligible. Certificates and licenses are tracked. We coordinate with your bank or insurer if trade finance or TCI rules apply.
Shipper Data Room Checklist
Company KYC and contacts. Lane map with volumes by month. Cargo specs, packaging, and MSDS where required. HS codes and origin. Preferred carriers and ports if any. Free time rules and storage limits. Insurance policies. Customs profile and broker preferences. Billing rules and PO templates.
Operational Pitfalls We Prevent
- Missed cut offs and blank sailings without a back up plan.
- Wrong HS codes that trigger delays or fines.
- Demurrage and detention from unclear free time terms.
- Paperwork mismatches between invoice, packing list, and transport docs.
- Unbooked drayage or missed delivery appointments.

FAQ
What volumes do you prefer
At least 50 TEU per month, or air and road spend that matches 250,000 USD per month. Smaller pilots considered if scale path is clear.
Can you integrate with our TMS or WMS
Yes. We can exchange EDI or API feeds for bookings, status, and PODs. Simple CSV exports are also fine.
Do you hold client funds
No. Freight is paid directly to carriers and warehouses. Our margin or fees are invoiced with full backup.
How do you handle exceptions
We issue an exception ticket with cause, options, and costs, and do not move without written approval unless safety is at risk.
We act as a freight and logistics broker coordinating carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers. We are not a carrier or NVOCC unless stated in the contract. All work is subject to KYC, AML, and sanctions screening, verification of materials, local laws, port rules, and carrier terms.
