Pricing & Fees

Retainer USD 100,000 to 200,000 based on size and speed. Success fee 2.0 to 3.5 percent on sale proceeds or 1.0 to 2.0 percent on DIP placed. Third-party legal, filing, and diligence costs are pass-through.
