Outsourced KYC, Credit Underwriting and Loan Operations
Financely gives private credit funds, trade finance lenders and emerging managers a specialist team for the work that slows deals down. Counterparty onboarding, credit memos, collateral diligence, closing support and fund launch coordination, delivered by people who structure cross-border credit every day.
Talk to Our TeamOrigination is rarely the bottleneck. The bottleneck is the onboarding file that sits for three weeks, the credit memo nobody has time to write, and the closing checklist that keeps slipping.
Financely works on the debt side of the market across trade finance, project finance, commercial real estate and acquisition finance, with a network of more than 12,700 verified lenders. We see how credit teams work from the inside, and we built these services around the tasks that lenders, credit funds and sponsors most often tell us they cannot staff fast enough.
Outsourced KYC, AML and Counterparty Onboarding
Onboarding files that compliance can sign off
For trade finance lenders, private credit funds and fintech lenders
Cross-border borrowers are hard to onboard. Commodity traders with layered holding structures, African and emerging market corporates, and project SPVs with multiple sponsors all take time that internal teams rarely have. Financely prepares complete KYC and KYB files covering corporate documents, ultimate beneficial ownership, source of funds and wealth narratives, sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, and a risk rating rationale your compliance officer can review and approve.
We also handle periodic reviews and back-book remediation, so files stay current without you hiring for the peaks. Final approval always stays with your compliance function.
Why demand is growing. Mordor Intelligence estimates the KYC market at USD 7.8 billion in 2026, with services growing at a 22.35% CAGR through 2031, faster than software ( Mordor Intelligence, 2026). The same firm sizes KYC remediation services at USD 3.49 billion in 2026 and notes that demand is outpacing the supply of qualified analysts ( Mordor Intelligence, 2026).
Credit Underwriting and Due Diligence Support
Independent credit work for every file in your pipeline
For private credit managers, trade finance funds and family office lenders
Your investment committee needs a clear view of each borrower. We produce investment committee ready credit memos, financial spreading and cash flow analysis, collateral and commodity diligence covering warehouse, offtake and inspection reviews, and transaction structure assessments. After closing, we can monitor covenants and borrowing base reports so your team spends its time on decisions, not data gathering.
Our work draws on the same structuring experience we apply on the arranging side, including structured commodity finance, asset based lending and debt underwriting.
Why demand is growing. Wellington Management's 2026 private credit outlook notes that as the market broadens across borrower types, collateral pools and financing channels, underwriting is becoming more complex, and that emerging credit stress is making underwriting quality more visible across managers ( Wellington Management, 2026).
Loan Closing and Credit Operations Support
Get from term sheet to first drawdown on schedule
For direct lenders, credit funds and structured finance desks
Closings slip when nobody owns the checklist. Financely runs conditions precedent tracking, coordinates documents between borrower, counsel and your credit team, prepares drawdown packages, and supports SPV setup and ongoing loan administration and reporting. We work inside your process and your systems, with clear handoffs and a single point of contact.
Why demand is growing. MUFG Investor Services reports that private credit growth is driving demand for outsourced loan administration, closing and servicing ( Private Equity Wire). CSC research cited by ION Analytics found that about 93% of private markets managers use one to three outsourcing partners to set up and administer SPVs ( ION Analytics).
Fund Formation Support for Emerging Managers
Launch a credit, real estate or real asset fund with an institutional build
For first time managers, sponsors and family offices launching a vehicle
Debut funds are judged on operational readiness long before performance. We coordinate fund structuring with your counsel, prepare business plans, investment memoranda and offering materials, build data rooms, and set up the SPV and service provider stack your investors expect to see. We have worked on private credit, carbon, collectibles and emerging market real estate vehicles.
Why demand is growing. With Intelligence tracked 411 new private real estate fund launches in 2025, of which 156 were new firms raising debut funds ( With Intelligence data via Angel Investors Network, 2026). PitchBook data shows the median time to close a first fund stretched to 22 months in 2025, which makes a well prepared launch more valuable ( PitchBook via Altss, 2026).

Request a ProposalFrequently asked questions
Do you make compliance or credit decisions on our behalf?
No. We prepare the files, analysis and recommendations. Approval decisions remain with your compliance officer, credit committee and investment committee.
Can you handle borrowers in emerging markets?
Yes. Much of our work involves cross-border trade finance counterparties, commodity traders and corporates in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Central Asia, where ownership structures and documentation take more work to verify.
How are fees structured?
Ongoing work such as KYC reviews and loan operations is priced as a monthly retainer. Defined projects such as a credit memo batch or a fund launch are priced as a fixed fee. Every engagement starts with a written scope.
Do you provide legal advice on fund formation?
No. We coordinate with your appointed counsel, who remains responsible for legal structuring, offering documents and regulatory filings.
